All payment can be made by Cash, EFTPOS, banker’s draft or cheque. Cheque payment requires seven ( 7 ) working days to clear. Payment by credit card will incur 2.5% administrative fees.
CHILD PACKAGE PRICE

2 – 12 Years :	75% of adult price

Below 2 Years	10% of adult price

Revalidation of air tickets $ 150.00 will be levied for each change of flight date per ticket A fee of 25% of Package Price will be charged for cancellation 31 days or more before departure date. No refund if cancelled 30 days or less, prior to or on day of travel.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND VISA REQUIREMENTS (All Documents and payments must be received by 5pm on the 17^th September 2010)
Every passenger shall be responsible for holding a valid International Passport with at least six (6) month’s validity from the return date.
Requirements for grant of Hajj Visa
Completed visa application form( use block letters ) Certificate from Medical Practitioner stating that the pilgrim is in good heath, free from contagious diseases and has immunisation against MENNINGITIS. Reference from any recognized Islamic Society or Centre certifying the person entering Saudi Arabia is a Muslim Photocopy of Marriage Certificate or any Certificate identifying Relationship for women Women and widows and Aged person travelling without Mehram And wishing to travel to Hajj with a group, must be over 45 years of age. Women under 45 must be accompanied by a Mehram and provide a Certificate from the authority concerned (Mehram age should not be less than 15 years) Copy of birth certificate as proof of age must accompany all children's application Please refer to Application Requirements and Information for more details.
PREPAID self-addressed 3kg Courier Bag or Australian Express post envelope to be sent for return of Passport.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
This shall be enjoyed by passengers in accordance to prevailing airline’s regulations of 20kgs only. Excess baggage charge must be paid locally by the passenger. Each passenger is limited to One ( 1 ) suitcase for check in only. Strict limitations to cabin baggage (1 pc only) size and weight to be observed.

INSURANCE

Ourworld Travel Wollongong recommends you to take adequate travel insurance for your entire journey as it may protect you if you have to cancel or amend your travel arrangements due to any unforeseen circumstances.

UNUSED SERVICES

No refund, reduction or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fares, but not utilized by the passenger for any reasons whatsoever.

UNFORESEEN CHANGES

Unforeseen changes to airline schedule and local conditions may require sightseeing, hotels and routings to be changed. If this occurs, alternative arrangement will be made wherever possible. In the unlikely event that Ourworld Travel Wollongong has to cancel any tour prior to departure for whatever reason, Ourworld Travel Wollongong will refund in full the total amount it is refunded from all the airlines, hotels and other service providers, without further obligation whatsoever (see Para 3 of Conditions).

CONDITIONS

The conditions which relate to your trip are covered in the brochures on the Operator you are travelling with, plus the tickets issued to you as well as this documents. Please read and understand them.

1. Ourworld Travel Wollongong acts only in the capacity of Agents for operators in all matters of transportation, tour operation, and other services. All receipt, tickets, vouchers, coupons or exchange orders shall be deemed consent of the following conditions.

Ourworld Travel Wollongong and / or associated Companies or Agents assume no responsibility for accidents or injury that may be caused to person or property, however caused or arising during any tour under it management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise. The transportation companies or firm shall be exempt from all liabilities in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage sickness or injury however and by whomever and of whatever kind occurring of or to passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board a carrier or conveyance used or operated by the transportation companies or firms. The passenger contract is used by the transportation companies or firms concerned and shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firm and the purchaser of these tours and /or passengers.

3. Ourworld Travel Wollongong cannot accept liability or responsibility for any alterations, delay or cancellation caused by war or threat or war, civil strife, natural, disaster, terrorism, industrial dispute, fire, bad weather, sickness, act of government or public authorities or other circumstances amounting to ‘force majeure’ and/ or acts of God.

4. Prices quoted are subject to changes in the event of price increases beyond our control including increases of airport taxes, fuel, security or other charges and currency exchange changes.
